Dr. Al-Kadomi oversees legal and assurance matters across various businesses within Abdul Latif Jameel Enterprises and is also a board member.
Dr. Al-Kadomi is tasked with all legal matters and corporate governance of Abdul Latif Jameel Enterprises’ business operations.
Dr. Al-Kadomi has over 30 years of experience, having worked for numerous multinationals in several sectors, including Investment, Industrial, Real Estate Development, Banking, M&A, Corporate, and others.
Prior to joining Abdul Latif Jameel, Dr. Al-Kadomi was a Senior Legal VP for a major Gulf property development business, and before that, GCLO for a diversified UAE National Holding Group. Dr. Al-Kadomi was also a judge at Amman’s North Court in Jordan.
Dr. Al Kadomi holds a PhD in e-banking from Amman Arab University (Honors), a Master’s Degree in Civil Procedures Law, and a Bachelor’s Degree in General Law from the University of Jordan. Dr. Alkadomi was also recognized on the GC Middle East Power List 2019- Legal 500.
