Abdul Latif Jameel Logistics was founded in 2015 as an International and Domestic Company in Jeddah, built on the foundation of our Group’s six decades of automotive logistics expertise in Saudi Arabia and MENA region.

Since its inception, Abdul Latif Jameel Logistics has been delivering efficient and affordable value to its guests and partners. In 2018, the Company diversified its offering and introduced domestic last mile delivery service across the Kingdom, providing its customers with better reach and bringing them closer to their markets, and later the same year, initiated its international freight forwarding service.

In 2019, Abdul Latif Jameel Logistics rebranded its express delivery service to S:mile, and expanded its services to offer an end-to-end eCommerce solutions. Today, the Company is moving towards its goal to be the premier eCommerce logistics provider in Saudi Arabia and is proud to be the first Saudi company to be certified by WCA eCommerce, the worldwide network of e commerce logistics providers and online retailers.

The S:mile service portfolio encompasses international and domestic express delivery, including customs clearance through various points of entry into Saudi Arabia, as well as end-to-end eCommerce solutions including product fulfillment, last mile delivery and reverse logistics.

With our state-of-the-art physical infrastructure, professional guests’ services departments and powered by our latest technology, Abdul Latif Jameel Logistics offers its guests an enhanced customer experience, providing them with live visibility on their consignments, proactive detailed reporting and market coverage heat maps.

Our in-house customs clearance service has been extended to cover 5 Points of Entry into Saudi Arabia including Dammam, Jeddah and Riyadh airports in addition to King Fahad Causeway, and Batha Border to satisfy all cross-border land movements’ requirements.
